Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be quite efficient in serving our needs, although our reservation for 7 pm was unexpectedly canceled at 6 pm despite informing them in advance. The rooms are fast in providing requested items not already in the room.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean enough but small and equipped with all devices. However, they seemed old and not very clean, lacking wireless internet. On the bright side, the service was super helpful, with incredibly friendly and kind staff, though their English comprehension had some limitations. The location was very much far away from everything, except for the convention center next door. The dining experience was not great but still adequate. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel has some positives like clean rooms and housekeeping at no extra cost, but there are downsides like staff who cannot speak English and are not very friendly or helpful. Despite the shortcomings in service, the hotel seems to provide essential amenities for guests.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was private, refined, and offered a great view of the Olympic 'Bird's Nest' arena and the park, but unfortunately, it had a lingering smell of cigarettes. The service was generally helpful and even resulted in a complimentary room upgrade due to room availability issues. The location was near the Olympic park but quite far from other attractions, making it ideal only for specific events at the nearby convention center. The dining options were quite simple and lacking variety. However, the hotel facilities met basic needs, with room for improvement.
The hotel's location is nice, but lacks nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and decorated in Asian style but show signs of wear and lack cleanliness. The service, mainly provided by trainees, was not very friendly. The dining experience offers a broad buffet selection for lunch and dinner, with some Western-style dishes. Facilities are adequate but not exceptional.
The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center with clean and comfortable rooms, although the lack of complimentary mineral water and issues with the air conditioning were noticeable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, but their limited English comprehension can be a challenge. The dining options offer a decent selection, and the hotel facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel offers average rooms with a good size for two people. The air conditioners tended to heat the room when set to cool, but overall, the rooms were fine with a comfortable bed and a generous size for the executive room. Service was decent, mainly handled by trainees with limited English proficiency. The location is beneficial for those attending events at the conference center next door. Dining options are basic but sufficient, with a variety of Western-style food available. Overall, a good option with some room for improvement in service and dining variety.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Beijing International Convention Centre and the Olympic Village, making it ideal for those attending events in the area. The rooms, though spacious and decorated in an Asian style, appeared a bit worn out due to inconsistent air conditioning settings. The service was satisfactory, with a mix of professional staff and trainees, offering various amenities like room service and laundry. The hotel's proximity to the Bird's Nest Stadium adds to its appeal, although it lacks nearby dining and shopping options.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and nice, offering a great view of the Olympic 'Bird's Nest' arena and the park, but they were extremely warm due to the air conditioners acting more as heaters. The service was friendly and kind, though there were language barriers that made communication a bit challenging. The location was convenient for those attending events at the Beijing International Convention Centre, but not ideal for exploring other attractions. The dining experience had a good variety, especially for breakfast, but nothing extraordinary. The facilities were decent overall, meeting basic needs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were fine with a comfortable bed, but unfortunately, they were extremely warm and dusty due to the malfunctioning air conditioners. The service was generally pleasant and helpful, though the language barrier was a bit surprising. The location was near the conference center, but the facilities felt outdated. The dining experience, particularly breakfast, offered a diverse selection that kept me satisfied for my week-long stay.
